Michael Weintraub, Partner 

Michael is a managing partner and co-founder of High Cliff Partners.

Michael entered the recruitment industry in 1999, specializing in recruiting SAP professionals for top tier management consulting firms, large global enterprise companies, software vendors, and public sector clients.

Michael provides a consultative approach when servicing his clients, always putting the customers first. His ability to zero in on top performers has earned him a stellar reputation in the recruitment and staffing industry. Michael has held sales executive positions at IBM Canada, Drake International, and Orion Resources, based in their Manhattan office. 

Michael is married with two children and is an enthusiastic guest lecturer at the University of Ontario’s Business program, where he provides annual lectures on the topic of “Agency Recruiting as a Career.” When Michael is not working, he can be found playing basketball, hockey, or spending quality time with his family.

Eric Zigelman, Partner 

Eric is a partner and co-founder of High Cliff Partners and has specialized in SAP staffing and recruiting for over 20 years.

He has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to multiple SAP consulting firms, SAP system integrators, SAP software vendors and companies, and hundreds of SAP job seekers across all levels and industries. He is a subject matter expert in the SAP recruitment and staffing market, specializing in permanent placements and staff augmentation. Eric is married with twin daughters.  

Outside of work, Eric enjoys being with his family, listening to Bruce Springsteen and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys!

Michael SHEINFELD, DIRECTOR OF SALES

Michael is the Director of Sales with High Cliff Partners

He is an Enterprise Sales expert having gained 20 + years of experience while establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor to his clients with a stellar track record in customer acquisition and retention.

Michael began his career as an SAP Recruitment specialist, then turned his focus to Sales and Business Development. He has managed large Multinational accounts, mid-range customers and smaller enterprises, solidifying his influence within different industries as a professional that understands there are different solutions and needs for each customer. He continues to succeed in surpassing all goals and expectations, while creating and sustaining strong and long lasting relationships with customers, vendors and team members.

Michael is married with two teenage sons. In his free time, he keeps fit, is a member of the Board of Directors with the Vaughan Vikings, is an avid reader and still thinks he has a chance for playing guitar as the fifth Beatle.
